I have just Been on a Chic Luxury bridal boot camp, we travelled to Bali we stayed in a Luxury 5 Star Hotel we were located right on the Beach

I had a amazing weight loss experience on a Chic Luxury bridal boot camp, located in Malaysia where we stayed in a fabulous 5 star Hotel located right on the Beach.
Another day we went and had a light run along the Beach in the early morning sun which was lovely and peaceful. Afterwards we had breakfast lots of healthy fresh food which was great, the trainers advised what to eat to stay healthy which was very eye opening. After breakfast we relaxed untill are class about an hr later.
Are next class was pilates which was intresting learning the diffrent moves, it really helped me to loosen up which was great. Afterwards we relaxed untill lunch we had it all cooked fresh, the chefs and hotel was top notch every one was loveing the chic bridal boot camp.
Another afternoon we went for a stretch class mixed with mediation it was really good I was starting to feel a lot better in my body from these exercise sessions but making sure we got time to relax between are sessions and eating the right food. Every where we looked was top notch all the hotels and yachts.
At about 7 o’clock in the evening, we had a great meal an chatted about during the course of the day, and relaxed some or the other members, mentioned they had been on boot camps before, they said this camp was much better than any of the others that they attended, high caliber of instructors, luxury 5 star hotel, own private room,excellent food and the lovely location.
To finish off; the experience included great company, great people and a great bridal boot camp, will be booking again with my friend, have a look
